We’ve been configuring racks with power and accessories for our customers for more than 15 years!
Now, with our improved configuration process, we have eliminated configuration
fees for all our US customers and we will ship most orders within a speedy 3
business days. (Some orders, such as very large orders and custom products,
could take a bit longer.) Configured orders will be prepared and delivered from
all three US warehouses.
Pre-configuring equipment racks and enclosures reduces the number of boxes
you need to handle, saves you time, and reduces the need for packaging
disposal. We have the most extensive selection of quality racks and compatible
accessories in the market. With no fees and fast turnaround, there’s just no
reason not to take advantage of this service.

Configuration services are available for floor-standing and wall-mount
racks and compatible products, including power products, shelves,
blank and vent panels, fan and blank tops, sides, doors, cooling products,
and cable management products. Some product lines are excluded,
including ready-to-assemble racks (such as Slim-5 and BRK racks),
products that are likely to be damaged or unsafe if shipped installed
(such as UPS). Order confirmations will specify products to be installed.
