Need a custom power strip fast? With the enhanced MPR Series, you can design and build a custom power distribution system to your specifications! As easy to configure in the field as it is in the shop, our new modular power system provides the broadest selection of circuit and control options, and utilizes a proprietary pre-terminated interconnect system that snaps together in a fraction of the time it takes to custom hard wire other raceway products.

The MPR series is comprised of power modules, raceways, interconnect cables, and a sequencing controller. The concept is to mix and match power modules appropriate for each application.

You Design It - simply select the number of circuits and amperage/outlets required, and choose the appropriate modules for the job. Decide whether to use our flexible sequencing control system or use any control system that provides contact closure outputs.

You Build It - use our pre-terminated cables to connect modules and install the modules in the appropriate raceway.

How to Order
A fully configured raceway consists of at least four components:
  • one MPR raceway - accepts 3, 6, 8, or 9 MPR modules
  • one or more MPR modules - provides 1 or 2 duplex outlets per module
  • J series AC jumpers - interconnects same-circuit modules
  • at least one T series tail - connects raceway circuit to main power
The improved design is based on a deeper raceway that has several advantages over the previous design, including:
  • More capacity to hold more circuits
  • Improved mounting system for more installation flexibility
  • No “crossbars” so loading and making changes is much easier
  • Fast, effective module mounting with minimal hardware
  • Ability to use different module sizes, in any desired order
  • Modules available in 8” and 4” sizes
  • Blank covers available in 8”, 4”, and 2” sizes

Power Modules  

Switchable power modules allow quick and easy shop or field wiring of vertical power raceways. A complete selection of 15 Amp, 20 Amp and NEW! 30 Amp modules allows the installer to configure each raceway to fit an application, with single or multiple circuits and a choice of control options. Powered through 115 VAC 60Hz input voltage, all modules utilize a unique, #12 (20 Amp) wire with genderless 30 Amp coupler to daisy-chain AC power to other modules on the same circuit. Modules fit MPR Series raceways, are manufactured from 18-gauge steel and feature a durable black powder coat finish.

J Series Jumpers
J series jumpers connect power modules, providing AC power to all modules on the same circuit.
Pre-terminated jumpers feature convenient genderless 30 Amp connectors at both ends and are sold in packs of six.

T Series Tails
T series tails connect incoming power to a single circuit within a raceway. One tail required per circuit. Each tail features a pre-terminated 30 Amp connector that plugs in to a module at one end, and wire tails for J-box

FC Series Thermostatic Fan Control
Proportional speed thermostatic fan control extends both equipment and fan life and reduces service calls by varying the fan speed of up to four fans, based on the temperature within the enclosure.

Featuring three temperature ranges, the fan control can be set to activate proportional to the enclosure temperature, or to come on at full power whenever the temperature threshold is reached.

The FC-2-215-1C includes two NEMA 5-15R 15 Amp outlets.

MPR-SS Surge Suppressor
  MPR-SS transient voltage surge suppressor provides protection for MPR Series modules when mounted in raceways. Mounts in integral J-Box with supplied double-stick tape, use one per circuit.
