Designer Inspired Ultra Quiet Fan Panels, UTR1 Half/Third-Rack Shelf and
Rear Knockout Panels receive functional, aesthetic augmentation.
ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, June 19, 2007 - As part of a bold and comprehensive product improvement initiative, Middle Atlantic Products today announced the first of many new product enhancements that will make its range of enclosure power, cable and thermal management products more effective and easier to use. These new enhancements provided at no extra charge, are being introduced at InfoComm 2007, and are a direct result of customer feedback.

The new product enhancements being introduced at InfoComm are for Middle Atlantic Products' Designer Inspired Ultra Quiet Fan Panels (UQFP), UTR1 Half/Third-Rack Shelf and Rear Knockout Panels for enclosures.
Middle Atlantic Products Designer Inspired UQFPs will now include a dimmable display. Users simply have to touch the display to adjust its brightness.
Middle Atlantic Products extensive work in thermal management has led to the development of an improved ventilation pattern on the bottom of the UTR1 Half/Third-Rack Shelves. The larger open area on shelf provides for better airflow without compromising shelf strength.
For all welded floor-standing enclosures, Middle Atlantic Products is enhancing its Rear Knockout Panels for the top and bottom of the enclosures. The new Rear Knockout Panels are now split to provide integrators with enhanced flexibility when bringing cable into the enclosure.
