The new updates to the RackToolsŪ software provide systems integrators with improved product accessibility and easier navigation.
FAIRFIELD, NEW JERSEY, January 3, 2008 - In a move that offers improved accessibility and navigation for audio/video professionals, Middle Atlantic Products today announced enhancements to its RackToolsŪ system design and specification software. The enhancements are a direct result of feedback from Middle Atlantic customers.
The updated RackToolsŪ software now offers a new product search function, making it easier for users to locate products intended for use in their drawings. The updated software also features improvements to its drawing tool, which can now be locked in the horizontal or vertical plane for easier and more accurate measuring. RackToolsŪ resides locally without any requirement for third-party drawing software, and is updated seamlessly with these enhancements as well as new products each time the computer is connected to the Web.
To date, RackToolsŪ has more than 10,000 registered users. RackToolsŪ is available as a free download from racktools.com, and contains the entire Middle Atlantic Products product database. In addition to factory support, an easy to understand user's guide is also available for a quick start to create layouts and reports in minutes.
