Fairfield, NJ  Middle Atlantic Products now offers a full line of color-coded, multiple length power cords in both IEC and satellite/cable box versions. Power cords in the SignalSafe"! family reduce the need for longer cables, simplifying and improving cable and thermal management in a variety of broadcast settings.

With these new cable options, installers can now replace longer standard power cables to eliminate unnecessary cable slack in racks. The new cords are now color-coded with a bold blue or red stripe to facilitate circuit identification, a useful option for redundant power installations.

Removing excess cable slack makes cable management easier and reduces the need for additional cabling accessories while streamlining the setup. With more open space, air circulation is improved and equipment is better protected from the heat it generates by allowing hot air to dissipate more freely.

All power cords feature Middle Atlantic s exclusive SignalSafe"! wiring technology to minimize AC magnetic fields, cutting field strength by more than 80% over standard rubber cords. This allows wiring paths to be run closer than ever without interference.

Featuring tightly twisted conductors, the power cords are available in six lengths from 6 to 48 and sold in packs of 20. They also feature straight or right and left angled plugs to provide more options.
