Fairfield, NJ  The new UPS from Middle Atlantic Products is designed to provide uninterrupted power and ensure reliable performance in broadcast applications where uptime is critical.

Featuring an ultra-fast four-millisecond transfer time that prevents system disruptions and equipment lockup, the UPS incorporates high-capacity, heavy-duty batteries for longer runtimes. An easy-to-install sliding rear rackrail mount with unique 4-point support allows single-person UPS mounting capability. The UPS is also backed by an industry-leading 3-year warranty.

Expansion Battery Pack options are available for extreme backup runtime requirements, while 8 surge-protected outlets protect connected equipment from damaging surges and spikes. 4 of these protected outlets are purposed for critical loads¬¬  in the event of an extended power outage, the system can shed power to non-critical loads, extending run time for critical connected equipment.

The UL-Listed UPS is available in 15 and 20 Amp configurations in a compact rackmount chassis only 18.9 deep that easily integrates into smaller racks and enclosures. Its intuitive power management software provides system status notification and automatic system shutdown as required.

In addition to extremely quiet operation, the UPS features Middle Atlantic s effective Energy Saver Circuitry which, under normal circumstances, reduces power consumption 75% compared to traditional UPS designs, providing greater efficiency and minimizing the system s carbon footprint.
